sunshinenpcs[As before: the following fliers are found tacked on the walls and in public places outside of the major five villages and in popular locations nearby and throughout their countries. Some have been left in stacks in alleyways. None have any fingerprints or chakra signatures. They are not scroll-communication paper: just standard parchment, easily and cheaply available in any printshops.
Any responses to this post can be a character's reaction to finding one of the fliers and/or logs of what happens when they do, but since this isn't a scroll, writing on the paper cannot and will not get a reply.]
