Propaganda Flier #2 - circulation begins June 23
[As before: the following fliers are found tacked on the walls and in public places outside of the major five villages and in popular locations nearby and throughout their countries. Some have been left in stacks in alleyways. None have any fingerprints or chakra signatures. They are not scroll-communication paper: just standard parchment, easily and cheaply available in any printshops.
Any responses to this post can be a character's reaction to finding one of the fliers and/or logs of what happens when they do, but since this isn't a scroll, writing on the paper cannot and will not get a reply.]

How quickly the KAGES and their governments circle the wagons, move to silence their dissenters, refusing alternative points of view, feeding their masses with the lies they have come to believe are truths: That PEACE wrought by THEIR rules must be correct.
We do not hate peace.
We do not love violence.
But ALL peace is NOT created equal and when the powers choose to suppress the masses, revolution is NECESSARY.
The security of POWER and MIGHT have deluded you, FIVE "GREAT" NATIONS. You, who love your armies, your wealth and political sway. You with your tight-kept borders and your iron-fists.
It is ignorance and a willful blind-eye that causes your ninja to fail to see truth.
Peace at the expense of those that were NO MORE YOUR ENEMIES than the other nations is NOT A GOOD PEACE.

You may try to quiet the voices among you who agree with us. Imprison them. Kill them. Secret them away and disappear them as you do when there is mutiny in the ranks. But WE are MANY and we are not silenced so easily. As our message spreads, others will join our cause.
Our influence is FAR more far-reaching than any of you can fathom.

We are already among you. And the more you try to destroy us, the more of our seeds will scatter to the wind, sprouting anew.
