The land of Noodles will not tolerate unprovoked violence, nor will it be drawn into war between shinobi countries. Any person known to commit actions designed to spark war, have participated in recent violent attacks, or who is caught attempting to spread resentment or inspire war will be immediately banished from the nation. Any who return, resist, or persist in attempting to find loopholes in this declaration or work beneath our notice will be apprehended and brought to a shinobi village for punishment.

Noodles has not been, is not, and never will be a country of war. Attempts to change this will be dealt with swiftly and with extreme prejudice.

Ordinarily, the nation of Noodles would send this request through the proper channels. Unfortunately the prior arrangement was, at short notice, cancelled. [Because his counselors caught wind of him going alone and put up enough of a fuss about it that he couldn't deny it.]

As a personal request then, I'd like to temporarily acquisition one of your shinobi for a simple escort mission. They would not leave the island of Noodles, nor face more than moderate dangers, and their mission would last no more than two weeks. Although given availability issues of this short notice, I understand if the kunoichi is not available, it would be most preferred if you were to send a specific kunoichi that I've had dealings with in the past. Although I do not know her name, she is one of yours with long red hair, kept at the time I encountered her in a pony tail, and who was assigned to send sensitive Noodle information to the Land of Noodles about the time of the Chuunin Exams.

For the inconvenience, the Land of Noodles will be willing to pay twice the rate of a usual B rank mission, regardless of whether it is the kunoichi requested or another available Chuunin.

If accepted, the mission would take place starting at the end of the week.

I've received reports that some noodles have been arriving with an abnormal taste to them. This is a serious issue, and therefore if anyone has encountered strange tasting noodles, or witnessed strange or suspicious activity involving the transport or handling of noodle shipments, please send what information you have to the Land of Noodles at the soonest possible opportunity, so we can correct this!

Also, if you were to encounter a strange shinobi who requested the opportunity to spar with you, what would be your response?

Your village hosted the most recent Chuunin Exams well! I often enjoy visiting the exams when they are held, but Konoha outdid itself in friendliness and accommodation of its guests this time. I commend your efforts.

The exams themselves are always encouraging and refreshing to see, with young and new shinobi starting out on their lives as chuunin. Which brings me to the point of my letter--worry not, I wouldn't trouble you with social correspondence--of your young and fresh shinobi, are there any currently open and prepared for work?

I was impressed with the effort your genin put into the exams this year, and there is a simple and relatively safe mission in the Land of Noodles that would do well with the aid of your shinobi.
