Your village hosted the most recent Chuunin Exams well! I often enjoy visiting the exams when they are held, but Konoha outdid itself in friendliness and accommodation of its guests this time. I commend your efforts.

The exams themselves are always encouraging and refreshing to see, with young and new shinobi starting out on their lives as chuunin. Which brings me to the point of my letter--worry not, I wouldn't trouble you with social correspondence--of your young and fresh shinobi, are there any currently open and prepared for work?

I was impressed with the effort your genin put into the exams this year, and there is a simple and relatively safe mission in the Land of Noodles that would do well with the aid of your shinobi.

Splendid, it pleases the Land of Noodles greatly to know that we can rely on speaking with you directly, rather than couriering messages between ourselves and a lord not privy to the inner workings of their shinobi village.

If you'll give me time to get the mission details together, I'll send it along shortly. As it's a joint mission with a shinobi in this land, I'm sure it won't rank more than C, but...I understand such things differ greatly between lands. It's not an attempt to spend less for the mission, simply an assurance that the Land of Noodles would not request inexperienced shinobi for a dangerous mission.

Incidentally, I was informed you have a shop selling counterfeit noodles, though I didn't personally witness it. If such a thing does indeed exist, I must request they no longer display the logo of this land. Inferior noodle quality would damage the reputation of this nation.

I have no idea what shop would be reffered to given that we have rather fierce dedicants to noodles in this village that would never acept a drop in quality without raising an alarm.

I will await the details for the mission offered.

It is a relief to know that Konoha would keep such things well policed. No doubt the one who believed it counterfeit was simply mistaken. It's quite possible their taste was off after eating too many sweets.

As for the mission, it is fairly simple: In the northern part of the island is a small but fierce group of oversized boars terrorizing the northernmost village of the nation. Naturally, they pose a significant threat to the civilians there and must be dealt with, but to shinobi of chuunin level they should do little harm.

I'm uncertain how they got there in the first place...perhaps they swam from a nearby island. Still, if this mission sounds acceptable to you, I look forward to meeting whoever you send. It is, of course, up to your discretion how many you choose to send, but I don't believe more than two will be necessary at all.
