Bird Post
[Everyone be prepared, Obito actually had a morning without paperwork... and he was kind of feeling creative... so pictures. A flurry of pictures.
They're in all sorts of colors, drawn with ink and lovingly rendered... but not exactly very good. It's obvious he's tried, and his creativity with seals saved them from being awful... but while the circles are perfect and the lines are straight, the things like, oh, say, trees, are kind of listing to one side, and the animals look just a bit off proportionately.
But he did try, and it kept his aides from trying to give him more work for a morning because he looked like he was busy, so... yay? They'll be arriving over the course of the next few days, depending on how far you are from him. If you're on a mission, the bird will not approach you until you return home.]

According to the vendor's criteria, those who begin eating from the tail can be innovative and have a readily apparent sense of humor, but are also the type who try too hard to draw attention to themselves. Those who begin from the fin are often unorthodox thinkers with little care for the opinions of others, but often come off as crude or completely uncaring, even if there intentions are inclined otherwise. Those who eat from the spine are decisive and not afraid to take their time doing something, but can also be brusque and insensitive to the indirect consequences of their actions.
