Hokage-Sama,

Why? It should be pretty obvious -- I apparently can't tell when I'm supposed to stop training anymore and I haven't been any use on recent missions - they've all failed in one way or another. And if you're honestly doubting my loyalties then I'm not a worthy chuunin to send on the field right now.
