I would appreciate some of your time to discuss the possibility of a treaty that would facilitate trade negotiation and commerce between our nations. Yukigakure has been remiss in certain economic pursuits in recent years, and I am trying to reestablish reliable trade routes. I would be glad to visit your village or a neutral site and discuss the matter at your convenience.
