I just wanted to write and make sure you were okay. I'm sorry for any aftermath you have to deal with, I tried really hard to do as you said. I hope it wasn't too bad. I can't really remember much of what happened, but I wanted to apologize anyway.

And I wanted to see if maybe you'd be interested in having a visitor? I'll bring my stuffed rabbit so you can meet him without having to come all the way to Uzushio. And maybe if you're up to it we can compare notes about being...in each other. I'm writing to Nagato too, see how he feels about it.

How are you? I just wrote Juugo to check on how he was handling the aftermath. And I'm basically writing for the same reason to you. And to ask if you'd let me come visit and compare notes with Juugo. I don't want to upset him, so if you don't think he's ready you can say no I'll understand. But I wanted to check on him, make sure he was okay after I lost control like that.

I'll actually find that comforting. And I'm glad that you're allowing me to come. I was...nervous that you'd tell me to stay in Uzushio. And I need to talk to you while I visit. It's sort of extra important that I do especially after all the weird body swapping. I'd been toying with inviting Juugo to come visit Uzushio since I the summer, and I still want to but you probably have the best gauge of if that's even feasible. So um please give it some consideration before I arrive?

You will have to ask Juugo that personally as I cannot claim whether or not he would be open to the idea of travel now but... I will give it thought. You probably have had enough time since the event to know if you are recovered from your situation, so it is not my place to tell you to stay in your own country, even if it would be to tell you to stay out of mine.

I'm glad to hear both of those things. But mostly I'm glad I didn't hurt anyone. I...I wouldn't have liked leaving you to deal with that anymore than what aftermath I already have. In fact, I would have liked it far less. Just like knowing it isn't my fault doesn't make any better.

I'd like to learn how to do that. Might help me when I get aviary duty next time.

Sometimes I have it in Uzushio, I've never understood them so...they just sort of squawk and I guess at what they want. Sometimes they bite if I get it wrong too many times.

I can, it's just complicated how that works out. I'm not exactly one of the most beloved chunin at the mission desk, and they like to keep me close to home when they can for one reason or another.

Pitbulls. They're really sweet and friendly outside of missions or training. I think they'd like you. They're really energetic.

They're roughly a year old now, so they should be calming down eventually. At least Kazuki stopped eating my shoes. They're the best summons. Only better ninken I know are in a contract with Kakashi.

No sadly. He's a Konoha shinobi, but he was my uncle's students and I was able to convince him to show me something cool at the end of last summer.

One can hope. HE has eight dogs. They're really great, my favorite is Pakkun.

Pakkun is sort of a snarky old man, but he's also really funny when you talk to him, serious, but still kind of funny. Though it's probably because he doesn't let Kakashi get away with much of anything.
