I cannot speak for the true Godaime Mizukage when he or she takes office, but until then, all of Yondaime's policies are under review for change. I'm sure we can find something mutually beneficial to both of our villages during this time of tension.

And if we suffer, we'll come out on the other side stronger for it. Stability will just make some of the rebuilding move more quickly.
