Have more faith, Peter. I know when it is pointless to keep struggling, whether in saving lives or teaching classrooms. I wouldn't be asking more than they can do - though I may push those who can perform better harder than those whith no aptitude.

And it is easy to assume the worst - spirits knows it comes easy - but why don't you leave that to me? There's no need to worry yourself to death over the running of the village when that is my burden.

As for those who vanish...let that be my burden as well. I will not let their loss skew my results, I can promise you. Quite the contrary...
