I wouldn't dare attempt to fix a problem I know I can't treat, but there have been times when a diagnostic would have made it clear if moving a child was safe and gotten them help for what I can't handle much more quickly so this is much appreciated.

Do you have any tips on how to deal with a torn cut to minimize scarring?
